He specializes in locating property for Tenants or Buyers and structuring beneficial Lease and Purchase Contracts for his clients. Scott has been facilitating commercial transactions in Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, South Dakota and North Dakota for over 13 years. His attention to detail and ability to manage the multiple site matrix has allowed for rollouts of over 200 new locations for publicly traded client companies, as well as independent private businesses.
